A path shaped by experience: "I’ve been in healthcare since 2007, starting as a nurse in cardiac telemetry, cardiac rehab, progressive care, and med-surg. In 2020, I completed advanced training focused on the care of adult and older adult populations, and expanded my work into palliative care, internal medicine, family practice, and urgent care. Those years gave me a strong clinical foundation, but they also showed me how often midlife women’s health concerns go unaddressed."
When it became personal: "While finishing my nurse practitioner training during COVID, I was going through my own midlife transition—dealing with hot flashes, brain fog, insomnia, and weight gain, without clear answers. Even as a healthcare provider, I struggled to find real solutions. Talking with friends going through the same thing, I saw how many of us were navigating this stage blindly, trying everything from supplements to exercise without guidance. That experience changed everything for me."
Turning frustration into clarity: "Becoming a nurse practitioner gave me access to the evidence I hadn’t been able to find before. Now, I use that knowledge to help women feel better with real, effective options, whether that’s improving sleep, addressing weight changes, or easing brain fog. I focus on practical, personalized care that actually works."
Meeting women where they are: "My mindset is to meet women where they are and walk alongside them, wherever their journey begins. I never want my patients to feel the isolation or frustration I once felt. What inspires me most at Midi is being part of a team that shares that same mission, to make sure women feel supported, informed, and empowered every step of the way."
