Called to women’s health: "I began my healthcare career in 2009 with a clear intention to care for women. I started in labor and delivery, where I learned how powerful it is to listen closely and show up during vulnerable moments. Over time, I realized my path was leading me beyond delivery care, which inspired me to return to school. I earned my Master of Science in Nursing in 2023 and built a strong foundation in integrative family medicine before transitioning fully into women’s health."
Why menopause matters to me: "I’m deeply passionate about menopause care, both professionally and personally. I see many women who have gone to multiple providers without getting answers or relief, often due to outdated fears around hormone therapy. That’s what motivates me to do this work, to help women feel informed, supported, and hopeful again."
Listening first, then treating: "Menopause care isn’t one-size-fits-all. I believe in taking the time to truly understand what each woman is experiencing, and working together to find a plan that fits her life and goals. Seeing women finally experience relief is incredibly rewarding. One patient once told me to ‘go out and do great things for menopausal women,’ and I carry that encouragement with me every day."
