Rooted in connection
I began my healthcare career in 2011, and earned my master’s in 2016. For the past decade, I’ve worked in a rural general family practice, where caring for patients across the lifespan allowed me to build strong, lasting relationships. Supporting patients through pregnancy, chronic disease management, mental health challenges, and major life transitions has deeply shaped the way I practice.
Recognizing the need
As I cared for women navigating perimenopause and menopause, I became increasingly aware of how underprepared many clinicians, including myself, are to manage this important stage of life. Even with empathy and experience, I wanted to do better. That awareness motivated me to seek deeper education, build my skills, and intentionally focus my practice on women’s midlife health at Midi.
Care built on partnership
I approach care with curiosity, attentiveness, and respect for each woman’s lived experience. I take time to understand what symptoms feel most disruptive and what matters most to her right now. Together, we work to understand the why behind symptoms and create a thoughtful, personalized plan that evolves as her needs change.
Steady support and hope
I want patients to leave our visits feeling heard, reassured, and supported—knowing they aren’t alone and that improvement is possible. Whether someone is managing hot flashes, weight changes, or simply not feeling like herself, I remain engaged and persistent, committed to learning, adjusting, and finding solutions until we see progress."
