Seasons of women’s health: “I've been a Certified Nurse Midwife and Women's Health Nurse Practitioner since 2000, supporting women through every stage, from childbirth to menopause. In the past five years, I’ve focused more deeply on obesity medicine and midlife care, including perimenopause and menopause symptom management. This phase of care feels especially rewarding, and I’ve loved being there for women at the bedside during these transformative years.”
The care I wish I had: “My own experience as a patient really shaped the way I practice. I started seeking care as a teenager and remember feeling like I wasn’t being taken seriously—truly being heard. That’s stayed with me. It’s why I center my care around listening and why I’ve built my practice on making women feel seen, understood, and supported.”
Your story guides your care: “Every woman’s body and experience are different, and there’s no one-size-fits-all approach. I’ll take the time to get to know you and your story, offer evidence-based options, and help you make decisions that feel right for you. Together, we’ll figure out what works. And if something doesn’t work, we’ll try something new. That’s the beauty of truly personalized care.”
