Book a Visit with Me

From bedside nurse to midlife advocate: "I became a nurse in 2014, starting in labor and delivery in 2015. In 2019, I became an advanced practice nurse-midwife, and in 2021 I completed my post-graduate training in women’s health. I practiced full-scope midwifery at Conemaugh Memorial in Pennsylvania and later worked in Florida at a community health center providing outpatient women’s health care. Over the years, I’ve moved between hospital and office settings, but my focus has always been the same: caring for women across pivotal seasons of their lives."

Listening beyond the obvious: "One patient came to me after being treated over and over for what she was told were recurrent yeast infections. Something didn’t sit right. After a careful conversation and exam, I realized she actually had vulvar lichen sclerosis. We created a treatment plan together, and she returned a few weeks later in tears because she finally felt relief and, for the first time, felt heard. That moment has stayed with me. Sometimes the most important thing we can do is slow down and truly listen."

Care that validates: "At Midi, I’m especially passionate about supporting women in midlife who feel dismissed or brushed off. When a visit ends, I want my patients to feel heard, taken seriously, and confident that we have a plan. Women deserve thoughtful care at every stage — not assumptions, not shortcuts, but real partnership."
