Caring across every stage: "I began my career as a nurse in 2021, working in an outpatient OB/GYN office where I cared for women of all ages, from annual exams to fertility, perimenopause, menopause, and overall well-being. Being part of so many different chapters of women’s lives showed me just how often midlife symptoms are brushed aside, and how much of a difference it makes when someone takes the time to really listen."
When patients finally feel heard: "The moments that stay with me most are when patients tell me, ‘You’re so easy to talk to,’ or ‘I finally feel understood.’ I’ve cared for many women navigating perimenopause who felt dismissed before coming to me. When we slow down, connect the dots, and create a plan, whether that includes HRT, lifestyle changes, or both, and they start to feel like themselves again, it’s incredibly meaningful. Those are the moments that remind me why I do this work."
Care that feels like a partnership: "My approach is personal, collaborative, and rooted in trust. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all care. Instead, I take time to understand your goals, your preferences, and your day-to-day reality. I blend evidence-based medicine with open, honest conversation so you feel informed and empowered to be part of every decision we make together."
Life outside the clinic: "When I’m not working with patients, you can usually find me reading, playing pickleball or golf, or spending time with my goldendoodle. I value balance and bringing that same sense of joy and well-being into my patients’ lives, too."
Support you can count on: "At the end of the day, my goal is simple: I want you to feel supported, validated, and confident in your care. We’ll build a plan that works for you, not just on paper, but in real life, so you can move forward feeling like yourself again."
