A steady hand in complex care: "I’ve been caring for patients since 1998, starting my career working in critical care. That foundation shaped how I practice—staying calm in complex situations, listening closely, and always seeing the whole person. Over my career, I have gained extensive experience working in urology, hormone replacement, weight management, cardiovascular care, and primary care."
Listening to what wasn’t being said: "While working in a urology practice, I spent years treating men with hormone therapy. Over time, their spouses began asking questions of their own, quietly sharing symptoms they’d been living with and frustrations about not being heard. Those conversations opened my eyes to a clear gap in care and led me to expand my work to include women, so I could support both partners and address needs that were too often overlooked."
Hope as an outcome: "My approach is grounded in listening and individualizing care to treat symptoms. No two patients are the same, and hormone care isn’t one-size-fits-all. I focus on understanding each person’s experience and creating thoughtful, personalized plans that truly fit their lives. When a visit ends, I want patients to feel hopeful and heard. Knowing their concerns matter, and that there’s a clear path forward, can make all the difference."
