A lifelong learner in women’s health: "I began my healthcare career in 2018 after earning my first degree in evolutionary biology from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. My path started at the bedside, as a postpartum, labor and delivery, and NICU nurse, before I went on to earn my Doctor of Nursing Practice in Women’s Health from the University of Missouri, Kansas City. My early practice in fertility care sparked a deep interest in reproductive endocrinology, especially the hormonal changes that accompany aging. From there, I moved into a clinician role at Planned Parenthood of Wisconsin, where I cared for patients of all ages, sexes, and gender identities with a focus on sexual and reproductive health."
Finding purpose through personal experience: "My passion for menopause care is deeply personal. I watched my own mother struggle for years with severe symptoms that were never fully addressed. That experience stayed with me and ultimately inspired me to join Midi, where I can focus on helping others through this important and often overlooked stage of life."
Care that listens and empowers: "Every patient deserves to be truly heard, seen, and understood. I approach care as a partnership built on education, connection, and shared decision-making. My goal is for every person I see to leave feeling informed, confident, and empowered. I show up as my genuine whole self so that I can care for each patient as their genuine whole self."
