Book a Visit with Me

A meaningful transition: "I began my nursing career in 2013, caring for patients in neurology, telemetry, and the medical-surgical float pool. In 2022, I became a nurse practitioner and worked in primary care before joining Midi. I was drawn to Midi because I wanted to transition from primary care to a more focused practice and deepen my experience helping women navigate midlife and hormone replacement therapy."

Every patient matters: "I want every patient to feel heard and to know they matter. I believe the best care starts with listening, understanding each woman's unique experience, and creating a plan that fits her goals and lifestyle. My goal is for every visit to leave patients feeling supported, informed, and confident about their next steps."

Finding the right fit: "There is no one-size-fits-all approach to menopause care. I enjoy partnering with women to find solutions that help them feel their best, whether that's through lifestyle changes, hormone therapy when appropriate, or other evidence-based treatment options. Helping women better understand their bodies and regain their quality of life is what makes this work so rewarding."
