From the ER to expanded access: "I’ve been in healthcare since 2015, starting as a nurse in a busy emergency department just outside of Nashville, Tennessee. That experience taught me how to think quickly, adapt, and care for patients in high-pressure moments. I went on to become a nurse practitioner during the COVID pandemic, driven by a desire to have a deeper impact on patient outcomes. Since then, I’ve worked in primary care and even provided care on a mobile RV clinic serving rural communities with limited access to healthcare."

Closing the gap in women’s health: "I joined Midi because I’m passionate about improving access to care. Telehealth creates an opportunity to reach women who might otherwise go without support, and it allows us to fill gaps in women’s health that traditional settings don’t always address."

Care that feels personal: "My approach is patient-centered and highly individualized. I like to talk through treatment options in real time, inviting patients into the decision-making process so we can find what truly works for them. If a patient is unsure, I often ask myself what I would recommend if they were a family member—that mindset helps guide thoughtful, compassionate care."

Decisions made together: "I believe the best outcomes come from collaboration. By combining clinical insight with each patient’s preferences and goals, we’re able to build care plans that feel both effective and empowering."
