A path shaped by prevention: "I began my nursing career in 2008 in the cardiac ICU, where I saw firsthand how chronic conditions can take hold. In 2013, I became a nurse practitioner and spent over a decade in primary care, focusing on chronic disease, health and wellness, weight loss, and hormone health. Over time, my perspective shifted—I didn’t just want to manage illness, I wanted to help prevent it. That shift ultimately led me to Midi, where I can focus more deeply on women’s health and hormones, an area where there’s still a meaningful gap in care."
When patients finally feel heard: "There isn’t just one moment that sticks with me, it’s a pattern I see again and again. A woman comes in feeling off, dismissed, or not quite like herself, and over time, something clicks. When she tells me she finally feels better, and that someone actually listened, that’s everything. Those are the moments that stay with me and keep me motivated."
Care built on trust: "My philosophy is simple–care should be individualized, collaborative, and rooted in trust. I focus on listening closely, creating open communication, and building a relationship where patients feel comfortable sharing what they’re experiencing."
Small changes, real results: "There’s no one-size-fits-all approach here. I like to keep things realistic and sustainable, building a plan that actually fits into my patients’ lives. Whether we’re working through hormone changes or looking at the bigger picture of health, my goal is to help women feel like themselves again—strong, balanced, and fully in control of their well-being."
