
Supporting women through every stage: "I began working in healthcare in 2005 and transitioned to women’s healthcare in 2008. My early career focused on reproductive health and family planning, and for nine years, I owned and operated my own women’s health practice. Over the years, I’ve developed extensive experience in women’s hormones and how to manage them as naturally as possible."
Helping women feel heard: "I’ve had patients tell me that simply being listened to was what helped them finally get to the root of what was going on. Seeing women who had been struggling with hot flashes and night sweats regain control of their lives reminds me why I do this work."
A holistic approach to midlife care: "I joined Midi because I love helping women in this season of life understand what’s happening with their bodies and showing them they don’t have to suffer. My goal is always to make women feel heard, seen, and supported in a holistic way, addressing both mind and body as they navigate this transition."
