Book a Visit with Me

A broad foundation in care: "I’ve been in healthcare since 2015 and practicing in family care since 2020. My background includes work in a federally qualified health center and urgent care, along with extensive experience in pediatrics, primary care, and women’s and adolescent health. Through Title X programs, I spent years supporting patients with family planning, contraceptive care, and STD education—work that reinforced how powerful access, education, and trust can be."

Turning a personal story into advocacy: "My approach to care is deeply shaped by my own experience living with PCOS. Early on, I often felt unheard, and that feeling stayed with me. It’s why I’m so passionate about advocating for women of all ages and making sure no one leaves a visit feeling dismissed or confused. I want my patients to know their concerns are real and worthy of time and attention."

Safety, trust, and being heard: "At the end of a visit with me, I want patients to feel safe, cared for, truly heard, and happy. Creating that sense of trust allows us to have honest conversations and build a plan that actually fits their lives."

Education before everything else: "I start by asking what patients do and don’t understand. Education always comes first, before medication, because so much can change when women understand their bodies. With the right knowledge and thoughtful guidance around lifestyle and nutrition, many symptoms can improve, and patients leave feeling confident and empowered in their next steps."
