Rooted in women’s health: "I graduated from Yale School of Nursing in 2019 and have worked throughout New York City as a sexual and reproductive health Nurse Practitioner. My experience includes sexual health education, care for gender-expansive individuals, and menopause hormone therapy."

Filling the gap: "Over the years, I met many perimenopausal and postmenopausal patients who were completely exhausted, searching for answers but not finding them. At Midi, I’m proud to help close that gap in a supportive and collaborative way."

A moment of transformation: "One patient in her early 50s came in with fatigue and mood changes but wasn’t sure if she had reached menopause because of her birth control method. Together, we built a holistic plan that fit her lifestyle. When I saw her again, she was glowing, telling me she finally felt like herself. Moments like that remind me why this work matters so deeply."

Partnering in care: "I like to partner with patients on their health care journeys, offering individualized and holistic options. My goal is for every patient to leave feeling heard, respected, and energized."
