A broad clinical background: "I’ve been a nurse since 1999 and a nurse practitioner since 2021, with experience in emergency care, family practice, gastroenterology, hepatology, and caring for older adults. I bring that broad perspective to my work at Midi, caring for individuals of all different backgrounds and needs."
I’ve been in your shoes: "I came to Midi as a patient during perimenopause. I was dealing with low energy and just didn’t feel like myself. Learning more about declining hormones and having someone really listen to me made such a difference. I felt better, got my energy back, and even found my way back to wanting to work. That experience made joining Midi feel like a natural fit—I wanted to help other women the way I had been helped."
Start with listening: "When a woman comes to me not feeling like herself, I want to hear what’s really going on. I always ask her what her goals are, and what feeling better would look like for her. Some women know a lot about hormones, while others are just starting to learn. Wherever you are, I’ll meet you there and help you understand your options without any judgment."
Helping you feel like you again: "I want every woman I care for to know that I genuinely care, I will listen, and I’ll work with you to find the right approach. Sometimes it takes patience to find the right combination, but we’ll get there together."
