Book a Visit with Me

A career shaped by women’s needs: "I’ve been in healthcare since 2009, and I’ve worked in an advanced clinical role in women’s health since 2015. My background includes family planning and low-income clinics, along with extensive experience in urogynecology, sexual medicine, and menopause care. Over the years, I’ve worked closely with patients navigating chronic pelvic pain, perimenopause, menopause, and sexual dysfunction—areas where women are too often left without clear answers or support."

Led by my patients: "My patients shape the kind of clinician I am. When someone asks me a question I don’t yet have the answer to, it becomes my next step—another course, another training, another way to show up better. I’ve learned that the best care doesn’t come from having all the answers upfront, but from being willing to keep learning and growing alongside the people I care for."

Care as collaboration: "I don’t believe in one-sided medicine. Many of my patients come in with ideas, questions, or things they’ve heard, and I see that as a starting point. We talk it through together and build a plan as a team, one that feels right, realistic, and personalized."

Showing up, fully: "I’m inspired every day by how resilient women are, especially in midlife, despite how often the system falls short for them. I want every patient to leave feeling better than when they arrived—heard, seen, supported, and maybe even with a little laughter to carry them through the day."
