A career shaped by many care settings: "I’ve been a nurse since 1998 and became a nurse practitioner in 2009. My career has taken me through many areas of healthcare, including med-surg, the emergency room, intensive care, long-term care, primary care, and pediatric offices. I’ve also worked in home health, preventative care, integrative medicine, and the operating room. Those experiences helped me see how health needs evolve across different stages of life."
A personal connection to midlife health: "My passion for women’s health, especially perimenopause and menopause, grew while working in integrative medicine. Around the same time, I was experiencing perimenopause myself, and many women around me were navigating similar changes. I realized how often women move through this stage without clear guidance or support, and I felt called to help change that."
Helping women thrive in midlife: "Working with Midi Health inspires me because the focus is entirely on women. For too long, women’s health research and care have been overlooked. My philosophy is to help women feel their best and optimize their health in every aspect of life. Through hormone support, preventative care, weight management, and lifestyle changes, I want women to feel strong, informed, and able to thrive in this new season."
