A career dedicated to helping others: "I’ve been in healthcare since 2006, starting my career in the cardiac care unit at Cleveland Clinic, where I spent nine years caring for patients in high-acuity settings. I became a nurse practitioner in 2015 and transitioned into family practice, where I built a strong foundation in chronic disease management, diabetes care, and lifestyle medicine."

Change that lasts: "One of the most meaningful moments in my career was seeing a patient complete a lifestyle medicine program I developed, lose 50 pounds, and keep it off. That experience reinforced what I’ve always believed—when patients feel supported and empowered, lasting change is possible."

Meeting women where they are: "I joined Midi to continue my passion for lifestyle-based care and to support women navigating all aspects of menopause. This stage of life can feel overwhelming, and I’m committed to helping patients feel understood, informed, and in control of their health."

Care that listens: "I believe each person deserves to be heard and approached with individualized care. When it comes to symptom relief, I take a thoughtful, whole-person approach, combining lifestyle strategies with personalized treatment plans to help women feel their best."
