A foundation in caring for others: "I became a nurse in 2010 and spent eight years as a pediatric registered nurse before becoming a nurse practitioner in 2020. I went on to work in primary care, where I loved building relationships with patients and seeing the continuity of care that comes with knowing someone over time. I also have experience in aesthetic medicine, including injectables such as neurotoxins and dermal fillers."
Filling a gap in care: "In primary care, I saw so many women in perimenopause looking for answers to symptoms that were affecting their everyday lives. I often felt frustrated that I didn’t have the knowledge to fully help them. That experience inspired me to join Midi, where I’ve grown my knowledge of menopause care and hormone replacement therapy so I can make a greater impact in women’s lives."
Listening is where care begins: "I believe most women simply want to be heard. I start by listening carefully and taking a thorough history so I can understand the whole person, not just a list of symptoms. I want my patients to feel valued and know that their concerns are being taken seriously."
A plan we build together: "I believe in transparent, collaborative care. We make decisions together and create a plan that fits the patient’s needs and is realistic to follow. I want every woman to leave feeling optimistic, knowing there are options and that this isn’t a last resort—it’s the beginning of her journey toward feeling better and more like herself."
