From bedside to beyond: "I’ve been in healthcare since 2003, becoming a nurse practitioner in 2017. My early career took me through ICU and ED settings, along with travel nursing assignments across the country, where I cared for patients in a wide range of hospital environments. As a nurse practitioner, I’ve worked in urgent care, women’s health, and telehealth, with a strong focus on weight management and whole-person care."
A full-circle path to women’s health: "My passion for this work started in my twenties, when a women’s health provider identified conditions in me that others had missed. That experience stayed with me. It shaped how I listen, how I investigate symptoms, and how deeply I value getting it right for my patients."
Care that starts with listening: "At Midi, I’m inspired by the chance to change how women experience healthcare in midlife. Too often, symptoms like fatigue, weight changes, or hot flashes are brushed aside. I focus on understanding what matters most to each patient and tailoring treatment to the symptoms they want to improve—whether that’s hormonal balance, weight, or overall well-being."
Partnership over prescription: "My approach is rooted in validation and collaboration. I want every woman to feel heard, informed, and supported. Together, we build thoughtful, evidence-based plans that not only relieve symptoms, but help patients feel more in control of their health and their lives."
