Built on listening: "I’ve been in healthcare since 2016, starting as a nurse on a transplant floor at Baylor before moving into primary care as a nurse practitioner in 2022. Across every setting, one thing has stayed constant: I find real joy in helping people feel seen and heard. While it was difficult to step away from my in-person patients, joining Midi felt like a natural fit—my values align with a community of providers who truly care about showing up for women in a more thoughtful way."

Closing the gap: "The numbers speak for themselves—women are far more likely to be misdiagnosed during serious health events, and women of color face even greater disparities. That reality shaped how I practice. I’ve made it my mission to ensure my patients feel validated in their experiences and confident that their concerns are taken seriously."

Whole-person care: "When I care for women in midlife, I focus on the whole person, not just the symptom. I look for the most effective, simple treatment options, knowing it can take some trial and error to get it right. My goal is to support each patient through that process and remind her that she’s worth the effort it takes to feel well."

Care without conditions: "I believe everyone deserves high-quality healthcare regardless of race, age, sexual orientation, or religion."
