Rooted in women’s health: "I became a registered nurse in 2018 and spent three years in labor and delivery in Fairfax, Virginia—work that connected me deeply to caring for women. In 2020, I began my Family Nurse Practitioner program at George Mason University and went on to spend three years in family medicine with Virginia Hospital Center, along with time in a wellness clinic focused on aesthetics and weight-management."

Why I joined Midi: "I’ve always felt most at home caring for women, and I missed that in primary care. Learning more about menopause, especially as people start talking about it openly and as I watch my own family members navigate it, made me want to be part of supportive, stigma-free care. I love helping women understand what’s happening in their bodies and showing them they don’t have to suffer through midlife changes."

How I care: "I focus on evidence-based, patient-centered care – listening first, educating clearly, and creating tailored plans based on each woman’s goals, symptoms, and health history. I want every patient to feel heard, valued, and empowered in her decisions."

Outside of telehealth: "I’m a big animal lover, especially dogs. If one walks by, I’m almost guaranteed to stop and say hello. Outside of work, I love spending time with family and friends, staying active, and taking my Dachshund out on long walks."
