A foundation in family practice: “I’ve spent over a decade in healthcare, including five years in family practice managing chronic conditions like diabetes and hypertension. This gave me a strong foundation in preventative care, from screenings to women’s health services like contraception and Pap smears. These experiences deepened my passion for women’s health and led me to specialize in midlife care.”
Bridging the gaps for women: “As a mother of three and a daughter supporting my mom through menopause, I’ve witnessed both the wonders of women’s bodies and the glaring gaps in care. In primary care, I saw the stigma and outdated fears surrounding hormone replacement therapy, despite the transformative impact it could have on women’s lives. That’s why I love working at Midi, providing evidence-based, individualized care to help women feel their best.”
Listening first, collaborating always: “What excites me most is truly listening to my patients. One of the best compliments I receive is, ‘You actually listened to me.’ I want women to feel heard, unjudged, and supported. Whether it’s finding the right treatment for hormone-related symptoms, supporting a weight-loss journey, or helping someone sleep better, it’s rewarding to help women achieve their health goals.”
