Book a Visit with Me

Closing gaps in care: "I became a nurse practitioner in 2020 and began working in women’s health in 2025. Before that, I worked in primary care and addiction medicine, experiences that became foundational to how I approach patient care today. They taught me the importance of looking at the whole person, listening without judgment, and creating care plans that reflect each patient’s individual needs. I’m passionate about expanding access to thoughtful care that addresses women’s specific health needs throughout midlife and beyond."

Listening without judgment: "Reducing stigma is incredibly important to me. My background in addiction medicine showed me how stigma can prevent people from speaking openly or seeking the care they deserve. Women navigating menopause can also feel dismissed or hesitant to talk about what they’re experiencing. I want my patients to know they can be open with me. I believe women when they tell me something doesn’t feel right, and I take their concerns seriously."

Care for the whole person: "My goal is for every patient to feel listened to and confident in her care plan. I consider biological, psychological, and social factors because health is about more than addressing one symptom at a time. I believe symptom relief, quality of life, and long-term wellness should all be part of the conversation."

Better today, healthier for the future: "Every woman has different needs, priorities, and goals. I work collaboratively with each patient to create an individualized plan that addresses what she needs now while supporting her health and longevity. Ultimately, I want women to leave their visits feeling heard, understood, and empowered to take an active role in their health."
