A personal connection to women’s health: "I began my healthcare career in a level IV labor & delivery unit, caring for laboring patients and supporting moms through one of the most intense and beautiful moments of their lives. Working in healthcare runs deep in my family. As one of ten healthcare providers, caring for others has always felt like second nature. Over time, my work in busy OB/GYN practices led me to discover how meaningful it is to help women through menopause and weight management. Seeing how much relief and confidence these changes can bring quickly became my favorite part of the job."
Restoring confidence and joy: "I’ll never forget one of my midlife patients who came to me feeling unlike herself, tired, overwhelmed, and unsure where to turn. She was a busy woman with a career, a family, and an active social life. Like many women, she simply didn’t have time to not feel good. She’d done her research and was understandably skeptical. We started hormone therapy, and at her follow-up she was glowing again, full of energy and confidence. Watching her get her life back, and her trust in care, was the best reminder of why I do what I do."
Care that makes space for life: "My goal is for every patient to feel heard, understood, and supported. We may not fix everything in one visit, but together we’ll take it step by step until each concern is addressed. Ultimately, I want women to have the time and energy to focus on what they love most — whether it’s family, career, friends, hobbies, travel, movement, or simply joy."
