A foundation in women’s health: "I began my clinical career in women’s health, working at Duke Health with a focus on obstetrics and gynecology. Along the way, I found myself especially drawn to menopause care. I really enjoyed helping women understand what was happening in their bodies and finding ways to help them feel better and more like themselves."
Making care more accessible: "I joined Midi because I saw a real opportunity to make women’s health care more accessible. In my previous practice, I often met women who would have benefited from the convenience and flexibility of telehealth. I’m excited to be part of a model that makes it easier for women to get thoughtful, comprehensive care, especially during midlife."
Creating space to be heard: "One of the most rewarding parts of my work is hearing a patient say, ‘I finally feel heard.’ I try to create a comfortable, judgment-free space where women can talk openly and feel safe bringing up things they may not have shared before. Asking the right questions and really listening can make all the difference."
Listening, then individualizing: "I believe good care starts with listening deeply. Every woman’s experience is different, so I like to understand the whole picture and work together to find an approach that fits her needs, her goals, and her life."
