A meaningful path to women’s health: "I began my nursing career in 2018 at MD Anderson, where I cared for patients with leukemia in the inpatient setting. In 2022, I became a nurse practitioner and went on to work in gynecologic oncology at UIC. Supporting women through complex and vulnerable health experiences showed me just how important thoughtful, individualized care can be — and it’s what ultimately led me to Midi."
Care that feels understood: "My connection to this work is also personal. When my own mother underwent evaluation for postmenopausal bleeding and needed to rule out endometrial cancer, I saw firsthand how overwhelming and emotional that process can be. Experiences like that reinforce why I care so deeply about making women feel seen, supported, and informed."
Listening first: "I want every patient to leave a visit feeling heard. To me, good care starts with listening closely, understanding how symptoms are affecting day-to-day life, and creating space for women to feel comfortable asking questions and voicing concerns."
Thoughtful, individualized treatment: "I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to midlife women’s health. My care style is rooted in prevention, education, and finding the treatment plan that best fits each person’s needs and health history. Whether that means hormone therapy, non-hormonal options, or lifestyle-based strategies, my goal is to get to the root cause and help patients feel better in a way that is safe, effective, and sustainable."
