Book a Visit with Me

My path in care: "I started my healthcare career in 2006, and I’ve spent the last several years working in urgent care and primary care. Most recently, I managed a patient panel at an employer-sponsored onsite clinic, where I provided urgent and episodic care, primary care, chronic disease management, and preventive services."

Creating clarity in confusing moments: "One moment that has stayed with me came from a patient managing long-standing diabetes and hypertension. When she told me, ‘I’m tired of feeling like I’m disappointing everyone,’ it shifted something in me. Instead of telling her what to do, we built a plan together. Months later, she returned and said, ‘I finally feel like I have some control.’ That’s the connection I aim for in every visit, helping patients feel understood, capable, and truly partnered in their care."

Why midlife health matters: "I joined Midi because I’m drawn to offering clarity, ease, and grounded information during life phases that can feel isolating or overwhelming. Midlife care, especially around perimenopause and menopause, is an area where many people have been underserved, and being part of a team changing that feels meaningful."

How I approach care: "I lead with curiosity, collaboration, and respect. I start by understanding a patient’s symptoms, history, and goals, then focus on education and shared decision-making. Together, we create a clear, step-by-step plan with space to check in, adjust, and move forward with confidence."
