Terms and Conditions

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS Sweepstakes. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL, AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. SPONSOR

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Midi Health, Inc. (“Sponsor”), located at 195 Page Mill Road, Suite 103. Palo Alto, CA 94306

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Reddit Challenge Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry (“Entrant”).

The following individuals are not eligible to participate:

  • Employees, officers, directors, or agents of Sponsor or any of its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotional agencies involved with the Sweepstakes.
  • Immediate family members of the above (spouse, parent, sibling, child, and their respective spouses), and persons living in the same household as any of the above, regardless of relationship.

All eligibility is subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

3. Sweepstakes PERIOD

There are three individual sweepstakes periods. Participants may participate in any or all of the sweepstakes periods as long as they follow the rules of entry outlined below:

  • Sweepstakes period one begins  9/21/25 at 12:01 AM PT and ends 9/23/25 at 11:59 PM PT.
  • Sweepstakes period two begins 9/28/25 at 12:01 AM PT and  9/30/25 at 11:59 PM PT.
  • Sweepstakes period two begins  10/5/25 at 12:01 AM PT  and  10/7/25 at 11:59 PM PT.


Sponsor’s and Reddit’s servers will serve as the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

4. HOW TO ENTER

During each Sweepstakes Period, Entrants must:

  1. Have signed-up for challenge with email address on (landing page URL) 
  2. Joined the Midi subreddit at https://www.reddit.com/r/midihealth/
  3. Leave (1) comment on the Sunday u/MidiHealth weekly check-in post 
  4. Each additional comment on additional posts in r/midihealth throughout the sweepstakes period = 1 additional entry, max of 10 entries

Each comment equals (1) entry, up to a maximum of ten (10) entries per person during the Sweepstakes period.

Entrants must have a valid Reddit account and adhere to Reddit’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Entries that do not comply with the post requirements or use automated methods (e.g., bots, scripts) will be disqualified.

ALTERNATE MEANS OF ENTRY (AMOE): To enter without using Reddit, Entrants may submit a 3”x5” postcard with their full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address to:

Each postcard will count as one (1) entry. Limit ten (10) postcard entries per person during the Sweepstakes period. For sweepstakes period one, postcards must be received no later than 09/26/25 to be eligible. Multiple entries submitted via AMOE must each be sent separately. For sweepstakes period two, postcards must be received no later than 10/3/25  to be eligible. Multiple entries submitted via AMOE must each be sent separately. For sweepstakes period three, postcards must be received no later than 10/10/25 to be eligible. 

5. LIMITS

Maximum of ten (10) entries per Entrant during the Sweepstakes period. Entries beyond this limit will not be counted. Any attempt to circumvent these limits via multiple accounts or false identities will result in disqualification.

6. PRIZES

There will be one (1) winner during each sweepstakes period. 

Period one winner will receive one Midi supplement  Daily Fiber+, Menopause Is Hot T-Shirt and Amazon Fresh gift card.  Approximate Retail Value (ARV) is: $400.  Prizes are non-transferable. No cash alternatives or substitutions, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. If any product is unavailable, Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

Period two winner will receive the one Midi supplement Daily Cortisol Support, Midi T-Shirt, Custom Midi Yoga Mat and Pure Barre gift certificate,  Approximate Retail Value (ARV) is $400. Prizes are non-transferable. No cash alternatives or substitutions, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. If any product is unavailable, Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

Period three winner will receive the one Midi supplement  Daily Brain Boost. Midi hat, Oura Ring and custom Midi planner.  Approximate Retail Value (ARV) is $575. Prizes are non-transferable. No cash alternatives or substitutions, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. If any product is unavailable, Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs not specifically stated herein.

7. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

Winners will be selected in a random drawing within fourteen (14) days of the Sweepstakes periods ending. Potential winners will be notified via Reddit Private Message from the official u/midihealth account.

If a winner does not respond within seven (7) days, or fails to meet eligibility or provide requested documentation, an alternate winner may be selected. Prizes will be shipped within ten (10) weeks of confirmation.

8. PUBLICITY

By entering, winners agree to the use of their name, likeness, and location (city/state) for promotional purposes in any media worldwide, in perpetuity, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries.

10. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

The Challenge Sweepstakes is not sponsored by, endorsed by, or associated with Reddit.   By participating, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, sponsor partners, Reddit, along with their respective affiliates and representatives, from any claims, losses, or damages arising from participation in the Challenge Sweepstakes or acceptance/use of the prize.

11. DISPUTES

This Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any and all disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of San Mateo County, CA. Entrants waive all rights to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages and agree that claims shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs.

12. WINNER LIST

To request the names of winners, email sweepstakes@joinmidi.com with subject line “Midi Supplements Sweepstakes – Winners List” three weeks after the end of each monthly Sweepstakes period.

13. DATA USAGE

Information submitted by Entrants will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

14. SOCIAL MEDIA RELEASE

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Reddit. You acknowledge that you are providing your information to Sponsor, not Reddit. By entering, you release Reddit from any liability related to the sweepstakes.

15. OPT-OUT

By entering the Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to receive marketing communications from Sponsor consistent with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Entrants may opt out of receiving such communications at any time without impacting their eligibility or entries. Opt-out requests can be made by following unsubscribe instructions in Sponsor’s emails or by contacting Sponsor directly at privacy@joinmidi.com.
