NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS Sweepstakes. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL, AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. SPONSOR

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Midi Health, Inc. (“Sponsor”), located at 195 Page Mill Road, Suite 103. Palo Alto, CA 94306

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Midi Fall Fiber Instagram Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry (“Entrant”).

The following individuals are not eligible to participate:

  • Employees, officers, directors, or agents of Sponsor or any of its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotional agencies involved with the Sweepstakes.
  • Immediate family members of the above (spouse, parent, sibling, child, and their respective spouses), and persons living in the same household as any of the above, regardless of relationship.

All eligibility is subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

3. Sweepstakes PERIOD

  1. The Sweepstakes begins on 10/17/25 at 12:01 AM PT and ends on 10/23/25 at 11:59 PM PT ("Sweepstakes Period"). The Instagram and Midi Health’s time stamp,  as applicable depending on how the entry was submitted, will be the official timekeeping record for this Sweepstakes. 

4. HOW TO ENTER

  1.  There is one (1) method of entry (“Entries”) for eligible Entrants. Entries must be submitted during the Sweepstakes Period as outlined within section 3 (“Sweepstakes Period”). To enter for a chance to win: Follow @midihealth, tag a friend in the comments, and like the Fall Fiber giveaway post.

    If a prospective Entrant does not have an Instagram account, one can be created at no cost at www.instagram.com. Please note that a prospective Entrant must agree to comply with the Instagram Terms of Service and Privacy Policy and then participate in this Sweepstake through social media.
  2. LIMIT. One (1) entry per person during the sweepstakes period, regardless of method of entry as outlined within section 3 (Sweepstakes Period). Any attempt to enter more times via multiple names, email addresses, accounts, or any other means, may result in disqualification from this and any other promotional offerings from Sponsor. Use of any macro, bot, script or other automated means to submit entries is prohibited. Proof of posting is not proof of accessibility of the posting to Sponsor or anyone else. Entries will not be acknowledged or returned. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an Entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the social media account used to post the entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address or other similar account associated with the relevant social media account. Entries must be received by October 29th, 2025 BY 11:59 PM PT. 

ALTERNATE MEANS OF ENTRY (AMOE): To enter without using Instagram, Entrants may submit a 3”x5” postcard with their full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address to:

Each postcard will count as one (1) entry. Postcards must be received no later than 10/29/25 to be eligible. 

5. LIMITS

Maximum of one entry per Entrant during the Sweepstakes period.

6. PRIZES

There will be one 10 winners during the sweepstakes period. 

Each winner will receive one package of Daily Fiber+ gummies,(Value of $43.99). Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs not specifically stated herein.

7. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

Winners will be selected in a random drawing within fourteen (14) days of the Sweepstakes periods ending. Potential winners will be notified via Instagram Private Message from the official u/midihealth account.

If a winner does not respond within seven (7) days, or fails to meet eligibility or provide requested documentation, an alternate winner may be selected. Prizes will be shipped within ten (10) weeks of confirmation.

8. PUBLICITY

By entering, winners agree to the use of their name, likeness, and location (city/state) for promotional purposes in any media worldwide, in perpetuity, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries.

10. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By participating in the Sweepstakes, you (and if you are a minor, your parent or legal guardian) agree that the Sponsor and their respective parent companies and each of their affiliates; advertising and promotion agencies, other companies associated with the Sweepstakes, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives, and agents: (a) shall not be responsible or liable for, and are hereby released from, any and all costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including, without limitation, death and bodily injury, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to participation in the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity, or from acceptance, awarding, receipt, possession and/or use or misuse of any prize, and (b) have not made any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, with respect to any prize, including, without limitation, to such prize’s quality or fitness for a particular purpose.

11. DISPUTES

This Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any and all disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of San Mateo County, CA. Entrants waive all rights to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages and agree that claims shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs.

12. WINNER LIST

To request the names of winners, email sweepstakes@joinmidi.com with subject line “Midi Supplements Sweepstakes – Winners List” three weeks after the sweepstakes ends. 

13. DATA USAGE

Information submitted by Entrants will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

14. SOCIAL MEDIA RELEASE

By participating, you release Instagram (the “Platform”), and their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, employees, directors, agents, advertising agencies, from any and against any and all injury, loss or damage caused or claimed to be caused by your participation in the Sweepstakes and/or the acceptance, awarding, receipt, use and/or misuse of the prize. The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram.

 15. OPT-OUT

By entering the Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to receive marketing communications from Sponsor consistent with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Entrants may opt out of receiving such communications at any time without impacting their eligibility or entries. Opt-out requests can be made by following unsubscribe instructions in Sponsor’s emails or by contacting Sponsor directly at privacy@joinmidi.com.
