Book a Visit with Me

Building understanding through care: "I began my career as a women’s health nurse practitioner in 2021 at Planned Parenthood of Maryland in Baltimore, where I provided family planning and reproductive care for patients of all genders. My work included STI screening, well-person exams, contraceptive counseling, and support for a range of gynecologic needs. Later, I joined a complex gynecology practice focused on conditions such as PCOS, endometriosis, and fibroids, which deepened my appreciation for the many ways reproductive health influences overall well-being."

Answering an unmet need: "Over time, I recognized a significant gap in education and support for women in midlife. Many of my perimenopausal and postmenopausal patients felt unheard or unsure where to turn for help. Their experiences inspired me to pursue further education in menopausal care and become an advocate for this stage of life—helping women understand that their symptoms are valid, and relief is possible."

Walking the journey together: "When I meet with a patient, my goal is for her to feel seen, heard, and supported. No one should have to navigate this transition alone. Together, we create a plan that prioritizes progress and empowerment, step by step. I approach every visit with the same guiding question: How would I want to be cared for? That philosophy shapes every interaction and defines how I care for each patient who entrusts me with her health."
