Book a Visit with Me

An extensive career in women’s health: "My love for women’s health began early in my nursing career as a labor and delivery nurse. I immediately knew I had found the work I was meant to do. Becoming a nurse-midwife  allowed me to build on that passion and walk alongside women through some of the most meaningful and vulnerable moments of their lives. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of caring for women through pregnancy, birth, reproductive health, and all of the changes that come with these life stages."

Helping women feel like themselves again: "Over time, I continued to care for many of the same women as they entered perimenopause and menopause. As they went searching for answers, they were often told that their symptoms were a normal part of aging and simply something they had to live with. This led me to realize that even after more than two decades of caring for women, there were still gaps in my own knowledge about perimenopause and menopause, reflecting a broader lack of education and awareness surrounding this important stage of women's lives. That realization motivated me to learn more and develop a deeper understanding of how hormonal changes can affect a woman's health and quality of life. I immersed myself in menopause and hormonal health because women deserve better. They deserve to feel heard, informed, supported, and empowered to make decisions about their health with confidence."

Working together: "I don’t believe there is one right approach for every woman. My goal is to meet each woman where she is, listen to what matters most to her, and work together to find an approach that fits her life and her goals. For me, this work is about more than treating symptoms. It’s about helping women understand their bodies, feel confident in their choices, and regain the energy, confidence, and quality of life they deserve. I’m here to listen, educate, and walk alongside women through this chapter—not tell them how they should feel, but help them find their way back to feeling like themselves."
