Finding my Path: "Healthcare has been part of my life since the early 2000's. Over that time, I’ve worked in primary care as well as with vulnerable patient populations facing complex conditions, memory care needs, and palliative care. Those experiences taught me early on that meaningful care begins with listening and truly seeing the person in front of you. When the COVID-19 pandemic created a time of deep isolation for so many people, I leaned into telehealth and worked to strengthen those skills so I could continue being present for my patients. Even through a screen, I wanted them to know they had a safe place to talk, ask questions, and feel supported."
Care that is personal: "My path into women’s health was shaped by my own experience. At 36, I underwent an emergency hysterectomy that led to surgical menopause. Navigating that journey, and advocating for the care I needed, showed me how overwhelming it can feel when answers aren’t easy to find. It also showed me how much it matters when a provider truly listens. That experience ignited my passion for helping women feel informed, supported, and empowered in their own health."
Shaped by empathy:"Losing my mother young and during a pivotal time in my life profoundly influenced the person and provider I’ve become. It instilled in me a deep appreciation for compassion, honesty, and presence during life’s most difficult moments, values that continue to guide the way I care for my patients."
Built around you: "My approach is grounded in empathy and individualized care. Patients often tell me that our visits feel like a safe space—somewhere they can speak openly, feel welcomed, and know they’re truly being heard. Being a good listener is one of the most important parts of how I practice. I’m passionate about helping women feel confident in their bodies and supported in their health at every stage of life."
