Book a Visit with Me

A lifetime of caring: "I’ve been a nurse since 2002 and a nurse practitioner since 2020. My background includes hospital nursing, family medicine, urgent care, and weight management, giving me extensive experience caring for patients across many stages of life. I joined Midi because I’m passionate about helping women navigate perimenopause, menopause, and healthy aging with the support and information they deserve."

Looking beyond the obvious: "One patient who shaped my approach was a woman in her early forties who came in seeking a psychiatry referral for worsening anxiety and depression. As we talked, a different picture emerged: irregular periods, hot flashes, weight gain, and symptoms that aligned with perimenopause. Watching her face light up as she finally understood what was happening reminded me how important it is to listen closely, connect the dots, and look beyond the first explanation."

Listening is care: "I believe many women carry an invisible mental load as caregivers, partners, professionals, and family members, often putting themselves last. My own experience navigating perimenopause has reinforced how frustrating it can feel when symptoms are dismissed simply because they aren’t life-threatening. I want every patient to feel heard, supported, and understood."

Helping women show up as their best: "My goal is to create care plans that are tailored to each woman’s unique needs and help improve both quality of life and long-term health. I believe that when you feel your best, you can show up as your best, for yourself and for the people who depend on you. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, reading nonfiction, and tackling creative DIY home decorating projects."
