Book a Visit with Me

Finding my way to women’s health: "I became a nurse in 2021, beginning my career in hospice care. That experience taught me the importance of listening closely and caring for the whole person. In 2022, I began practicing in women’s health and have since worked in an OB/GYN clinic caring for women across the lifespan. In that setting, I began noticing how many midlife women felt hesitant to even bring up their symptoms because they had been dismissed in past healthcare experiences."

The power of being heard: "There isn’t one single patient story that stands out above the rest. Instead, it’s the pattern I see again and again—patients saying, ‘Thank you for listening.’ Hearing that reminds me how meaningful it is to create space for women to talk openly about what they’re experiencing. So many midlife concerns, especially around perimenopause and menopause, go unaddressed simply because patients haven’t felt heard before."

Shared decisions, real partnership: "My goal is that every patient leaves a visit with me feeling listened to and involved in their care. I want women to know their voice matters and that their experiences are valid. The best care happens when we work together to build a plan that reflects both medical guidance and what matters most to them."

Thoughtful, individualized care: "When addressing midlife symptoms, I start with a comprehensive history and focus on what concerns the patient most. From there, we talk through treatment options while considering her individual risk factors and any contraindications. If additional testing is needed before starting treatment, it’s to ensure we’re caring for her safely and holistically—not just quickly. My goal is always thoughtful, personalized care that supports her long-term health and well-being."
