Book a Visit with Me

A full-circle path to care: "I’ve been working in healthcare since 2001 and became a nurse practitioner in 2008. Throughout my career, I’ve worked in rural family practice, occupational health, ear, nose and throat care, palliative care, and wound care. That range of experience taught me how deeply symptoms can affect every part of a person’s daily life, and how important it is to truly listen."

Feeling heard changes everything: "My path to Midi started with my own experience navigating perimenopause. I saw two different physicians and was told my symptoms were mostly anxiety and that I should wait it out. When I finally found Midi Health, I felt heard for the first time. My clinician listened, validated what I was experiencing, and treated my symptoms in a way that helped me feel balanced again. That experience inspired me to help other women who may be feeling dismissed or overlooked."

Care that goes the extra mile: "I want my patients to feel genuinely cared for and confident that I’ll go the extra mile to help find answers. My approach to symptom relief is slow and steady, with treatment plans tailored to each woman’s needs using pharmaceutical, non-pharmaceutical, or blended approaches. Outside of medicine, I value movement and staying active through walking and weight training, which has deepened my understanding of how physical symptoms can affect confidence, function, and quality of life."
