Book a Visit with Me

From reproductive care to risk management: "I’ve been in healthcare since 2003. I began my career in a busy OB/GYN practice caring for women across all stages of reproductive life, including menopause management. I later transitioned to breast health, where I supported high-risk patients with genetic or family histories of breast cancer, as well as those undergoing or recovering from treatment."

Care begins with respect: "Menopause is a deeply personal and often vulnerable area of health, and many patients carry concerns that aren’t easy to talk about. I make it a priority to truly listen. I want to understand what’s bothering you, what’s keeping you up at night, literally. I aim to provide evidence-based education, so we can build a plan together to manage those concerns."

Redefining what’s ‘normal’: "For the longest time, women have just been told ‘suck it up, buttercup, this is just where we are.’ This is not just where we are, and you do not have to suck it up. There are real, effective ways to manage the symptoms of perimenopause and menopause. Yes, this may be a ‘normal’ stage of life, but that doesn’t mean we have to suffer in silence."
