Jamie Anderson, Chief Legal Officer
Jamie Anderson brings more than 20 years of experience as a healthcare attorney, with deep expertise in regulatory compliance, reimbursement, fraud and abuse, and corporate governance.
Prior to Midi, Jamie served as Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at Virta Health, where she scaled the legal team, built the company’s compliance program, and advised the executive team on regulatory, privacy, and corporate governance matters during a period of rapid growth. Before Virta, she spent nearly a decade at DaVita, the nation’s largest kidney care provider, where she rose to Vice President and Associate General Counsel and helped build and lead the legal team overseeing regulatory matters for DaVita’s domestic business. Jamie began her career as counsel at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP, where she spent seven years advising healthcare clients.
Jamie is a charter member of The L Suite and served on the advisory board of A Precious Child, a Colorado-based nonprofit. She holds a JD from American University’s Washington College of Law and a BA in Political Communications from The George Washington University.
