Rooted in experience: "I’ve been in nursing since 2004, working across a range of settings including the hospital, risk management, and day surgery center, before becoming a nurse practitioner in 2018. My background is in adult and geriatric primary care, with experience in clinics, assisted living, and skilled nursing facilities. Over the years, I’ve spent a lot of time caring for older adults, an often underserved population, and that work really shaped how I see patients and their needs."

Care that feels personal: "During nursing school, my grandmother had heart bypass surgery, and I saw firsthand how much the quality of care impacted not just her, but our whole family. That experience has stayed with me. I want every patient I see to feel like they’re being cared for as if they were my own family—heard, respected, and never rushed."

Filling a gap in women’s health: "As a woman in midlife myself, I understand how disruptive and overwhelming symptoms can be. I was already helping patients navigate hormones and menopause in my primary care work, but I saw how often this stage of life is overlooked. That’s what drew me to Midi."

Restoring a sense of self: "My approach is to help women regain a sense of control. I focus on listening closely, creating thoughtful treatment plans, and helping patients not just feel like themselves again, but even better."
