Book a Visit with Me

A path shaped by many settings: "I’ve been in healthcare since 2008, and along the way, I’ve worked in labor and delivery, home health, long-term care, surgical services, pain management, corrections, and virtual care. That variety taught me how different people’s needs can be, no matter the setting."

Living it, not just treating it: "I was drawn to women’s midlife health because I’m walking this season of life myself. I understand how hormonal changes don’t happen in isolation—they pile on top of joint pain, weight changes, fatigue, and everything else life brings. My own health journey has taught me empathy, humility, and persistence, and it helps me meet patients without judgment and with real understanding."

Being heard changes everything: "One of the most meaningful moments in my career was helping a woman who felt trapped at home by urinary incontinence. She was embarrassed, exhausted, and out of options. I listened, shared a treatment she hadn’t been offered before, and watched her get her life back. That kind of relief, when someone finally feels seen, is why I do this work."

Trust, honesty, and forward motion: "I want patients to feel trust in my care. If I don’t know an answer, I’ll say so, and then I’ll find it. Getting older is not ‘for the birds,’ but giving up is. We’re still alive, still deserving of feeling good, and sometimes we just need the right support. At Midi, I’m excited to walk alongside women, share knowledge, and remind them they don’t have to do this alone."
