Book a Visit with Me

A path shaped by women’s care: "I’ve been in healthcare since 2009, starting first as a labor and delivery nurse before transitioning into midwifery care in 2014. My work has spanned full-scope midwifery, delivering babies and caring for women through pregnancy and beyond, to then supporting high-risk pregnancies as a nurse practitioner with a focus on managing diabetes in pregnancy in a Maternal-Fetal medicine clinic. For the past six years, I’ve been in an OB/GYN setting providing prenatal and general gynecologic care, while also focusing on menopause. In 2024, I completed additional training in menopause and midlife care, further deepening my commitment to supporting women through this stage of life."

Where it all began: "Originally from upstate New York, nursing is actually my second career. I decided to enter healthcare after spending time living and working in both Zambia and Alaska. While two very different cultures, both experiences showed me how similar we all are as humans. That perspective reinforced my path—supporting women means supporting entire families and communities, and it’s something that has stayed with me ever since."

Listening as care: "I believe the most important part of my job is listening. I want women to feel heard, understood, and respected. Every person comes in with their own story, and I meet them where they are, without assumptions."

Care that meets real life: "When it comes to managing symptoms, whether during pregnancy or menopause, I focus on evidence-based, individualized care. My goal is to help women feel better in a way that fits their lives, with clear options and ongoing support."
