Where it all connects: "I’ve been in healthcare since 2011, beginning in direct patient care before moving into nursing and later stepping into an advanced clinical role in primary care in 2019. My path into midlife care didn’t start with hormones—it started with behavioral health. In the clinic, I saw again and again that women in their 30s, 40s, and beyond felt the most misunderstood. They would come in saying they didn’t feel like themselves, and that became the thread I wanted to follow."
More than symptoms: "Focusing on behavioral health showed me just how deeply connected our mental, physical, and hormonal health really are. So many women have been told to ‘just deal with it,’ and I’ve experienced that myself. I don’t believe in that approach. I’m passionate about helping patients feel like themselves again—mind, body, and spirit—and making sure they feel truly heard along the way."
No box, just possibility: "What drew me to Midi is simple, we didn’t think outside the box, we threw the box away. For the first time, I feel surrounded by providers who are just as committed to meeting people where they are and rethinking how care should look. It’s incredibly energizing to be part of a space that puts patients first."
Validation as care: "My care philosophy is rooted in validation and collaboration. I see my role as a partner, someone who listens deeply, connects the dots, and works alongside each patient to find the right path forward. When patients feel understood, everything changes."
