Book a Visit with Me

Coming home to care: "I’ve been working in women’s health since 2006, after graduating from Vanderbilt University and returning to my home community in Middle Georgia. Over the years, I’ve cared for women in both private and public health settings, including clinics, teaching hospitals, and even a women’s health college. I also served as the Deputy Chief Nurse for the Georgia Department of Public Health during COVID and MPOX—one of my favorite and most meaningful roles."

Listening changes everything: "One moment that sticks with me is a patient who drove two hours to see me after being dismissed by multiple providers. She told me she would keep making that drive if it meant being heard and validated. That reminder, that listening can change someone’s entire experience of healthcare, is why I’ve stayed in this work for so long."

Care that feels personal: "My care philosophy is simple, I treat every woman the way I’d want my sister, my best friend, or my own daughters to be treated—personalized, friendly, and grounded in evidence. I believe midlife care is never one size fits all, and women deserve options that help them feel their best in this next season of life."

Life outside the clinic: "When I’m not working, you can usually find me spending time with my husband and two daughters, exercising outdoors, reading or listening to audiobooks, grabbing coffee with my best friend, or planning our next trip."
