Strong roots in women’s health: “I’m a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner with deep experience in perimenopause, menopause, contraception, fertility, and weight management. From early on, I knew I wanted to focus on midlife women, and that interest has only grown over the years. Whether helping with hormonal shifts or supporting broader health goals, I love tailoring care to each person’s unique stage of life.”
Been there, felt that: “PCOS has been a professional focus since my thesis, but it’s also deeply personal—I’ve lived it. I’ve navigated the weight gain, infertility, and the emotional rollercoaster that often comes with it. Managing my own symptoms with medications like metformin, Qsymia, and GLP-1s has shaped how I approach care. Now that I’m midlife myself, I can relate to the perimenopausal symptoms my patients are feeling in a real, lived way.”
Real life, real care: “I believe in treating from experience—not just protocols. Every woman deserves care that’s as unique as she is. That’s what drew me to Midi: I get to connect with women across the country and help them feel better in their bodies and lives, all while being more present for my own health and family.”
