Compounded Formulations:

Estriol 1%, Caffeine 0.5%, Niacinamide 3%, Panthenol 1% 

Mechanism of Action:

• Estriol 1%: Supports collagen and elasticity via ER-β skin receptors. 
• Caffeine (0.3–0.5%): Reduces puffiness and dark circles via vasoconstriction and lymphatic drainage. 
• Niacinamide (2–3%): Improves barrier function, tone, and fine lines. 
• Panthenol (1–2%): Enhances hydration and barrier repair. 

Dosing & Application:

• Dose: Rice-sized amount per eye, 1–2x daily. 
• Apply under the eye, away from the lash line, and gently tap toward the outer corner and brow bone. 
• Do not apply to eyelids or mucosal surfaces. 
• Safe for daily, long-term use. 
• Often paired with Midi Estriol Face Cream. 

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding:

This cream contains estriol. It is not recommended for use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

If it gets in your eyes:

It may cause stinging or blurry vision. Rinse your eye well with water. See a doctor if the irritation does not go away.

Other areas:

You can use this on other small areas with fine lines (like around the lips). Use caution if you have very sensitive skin or conditions like rosacea.

Storage:

Keep the lid tight. Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight.

Side effects & tolerability: 

• Mild, transient erythema or stinging (most commonly from niacinamide). 
• Rare irritation or dryness in sensitive skin. 
• Uncommon allergic reactions. 

Drug interactions:

None known at topical doses.
