Becoming a mom, and a midwife: “My nursing career began as a Registered Nurse in a cardiac unit twelve years ago. The birth of my first child inspired me to go back to school for my master’s in nursing to become a Certified Nurse Midwife, and later my postmasters certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner. I’ve worked in various specialties, including family medicine, pediatrics, geriatrics, and home health, but my heart absolutely lies in women’s healthcare.
No woman left behind: “I’m passionate about offering top-notch care to women of all ages. While menstruation and childbirth are celebrated milestones, menopause can leave women feeling forgotten. I’m excited to share my expertise and support during this significant life transition. I chose Midi because of its commitment to women’s well-being, aligning perfectly with my own mission.”
Open communication: “As a clinician, I am down to earth and enjoy building rapport with my patients. I speak to each individual directly, ensuring they feel comfortable asking any questions without embarrassment. Transparency is key in my practice.”
