Holly Robson, RN MSN WHNP-BC

Years on the road: “I’ve been a nurse for 12 years, with 5 years as an ICU nurse before transitioning to travel nursing. That experience enabled me to work with diverse communities nationwide, from affluent cities to impoverished towns. Since 2021, I’ve specialized in women’s health as an MP, working in gender-affirming care, and midlife weight loss.”Supporting women through every stage: “I chose Midi because of my lifelong interest in supporting women across their lifespan, especially during midlife. It shocked me to see how many OB/GYN professionals felt unprepared to address menopause. Determined to fill this gap, I dedicated myself to becoming a clinician who listens, understands, and effectively treats women during this stage.”Navigating shared decision making with patients: “My care is based on shared decision making and education. My role as a clinician is to educate each patient on their options and risks, getting to know them on an individual basis and making a plan to find the best solution for them. There really is no one size fits all.”
