A path through hormone health: "I became a nurse practitioner in 2018, starting my career in medical weight loss and expanding into men’s functional health, including testosterone therapy. Along the way, I’ve also gained extensive experience working with peptides and functional medicine. More recently, I’ve turned my focus toward hormone replacement therapy for women, work that feels deeply aligned with why I went into healthcare in the first place."
When progress finally clicks: "Some of the most meaningful moments in my career come from patients who felt stuck for years, especially with weight management. When something finally works, when they start seeing changes, feeling better, and realizing their efforts are paying off, it’s powerful. I get to witness not just physical transformation, but a renewed sense of confidence and hope. That shift stays with me and reminds me why this work matters."
Prevention as care: "My philosophy centers on prevention, helping patients avoid getting to the point where health concerns become overwhelming or complex. I want to support people early, slow or stop the progression of chronic conditions, and give them tools to feel in control of their health."
A space to be heard: "Above all, I want my patients to feel comfortable, open, and never judged. You should be able to ask questions, share concerns, and speak freely without feeling intimidated. To me, the best care starts with trust, honest conversation, and making sure you always feel heard."
