Book a Visit with Me

Listening as medicine: "I began my healthcare career in 1980 and went on to earn my Master in Nursing. After over more than four decades in healthcare, I’ve seen how powerful it can be when patients truly feel heard, and how damaging it is when they don’t."

When dismissal becomes a turning point: "One patient came to me devastated after telling another provider that intercourse was painful and that she had lost interest in sex. She was told that having sex once a week was ‘enough for her husband.’ That moment stayed with me. She wasn’t just uncomfortable, she felt dismissed, shamed, and mistrusting of the medical system. Experiences like that are why I do this work. Women deserve better."

Treating the whole person: "My approach to care is simple but intentional: I treat the whole person, not just lab values or statistics. I want to understand how symptoms are affecting someone’s daily life, relationships, confidence, and sense of self. Over the past three years, I’ve incorporated hormone therapy into my care and have seen how life-changing it can be when treatment is personalized and thoughtful."

Care built on trust: "At the end of a visit with me, I want patients to feel validated, supported, and confident in their plan, knowing their concerns were taken seriously and their personal needs truly mattered."
