The importance of adaptability: "I’ve worked in healthcare since 2009, starting in surgical nursing focused on brain injury recovery before moving into family care. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I was on the front lines testing patients in full Tyvek suits, witnessing the need for healthcare systems to adapt to population needs. Because of my experience, I am committed to adaptable, patient-centered care, especially involving women’s health and sexual wellness."

Meeting patients where they are: "I believe healthcare works best when it’s a true partnership. As your provider, I see myself as a guide, but you are always the most important member of the team. My role is to offer support, education, and honest advice, while empowering you to make the decisions that feel right for you and your health."

Care from a place of understanding: "As a woman in midlife myself, I want to understand what is going on in your life, your stressors, your work, your family, your routines; it is all interconnected. Your care should fit into your life and reflect the whole picture, not just isolated symptoms. Whole-person care should be the standard, and I’m dedicated to making that a reality for every patient I work with."
